Replacement Instructions:

  1. Remove earloops or headbands from the Plantronics CS50 or CS55 headset.
  2. Find the two sets of grooves on the the sides of the headset. Squeeze both & pull outward to remove the battery door.
  3. Under the battery door, you will see a rectangular battery attached to the headset with two white plastic connectors. Slide these connectors apart to detach the battery.
  4. Reattach the two white plastic connectors. Then reassemble the headset, add any earloops or headbands & charge for 2 hours before use.
