AudioCodes Mediant 2000 Gateway for OCS 1 Span

With up to 4 E1/T1 digital trunks, the Mediant 2000 UC Hybrid Digital Media Gateway supports G.711 (PCM), G.723.1, G.729A vocoders and the SIP protocol. Designed for wireline networks, the Mediant 2000 is intelligently packaged in a stackable 1U chassis designed for enterprises or for smaller locations in the carrier network market. The Mediant 2000 optionally supports a DC power supply (complies with NEBS Level 3) or dual AC power supply. Certified for use with the Microsoft UC / OCS platform. The Mediant 2000 UC Hybrid gateway includes the Microsoft Mediation Server.

AudioCodes allows easy connectivity between the Microsoft Exchange Server 2007 unified messaging system, the Microsoft Office Communications Server 2007 and the existing enterprise PBX & PSTN. By using AudioCodes Mediant digital media gateways and/or AudioCodes MediaPack analog media gateways, the existing enterprise PBX can be connected to the Microsoft system, and allow transparent services over the IP, SIP-based network.
